Thou art my king, O God: command deliverances for Jacob. Ps 44:4 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their posessions Obadiah 17 World salvation Ministries is a purely prophetic, deliverance and healing ministry. In our Center for Deliverance we have witnessed God Almighty do great and wondrous things in the lives of the children of men delivering them from all manner of bondages. What is Deliverance? The greek word for deliverance is the word "aphesis" which literally means freedom. Deliverance in this case is the liberation of a person (Spirit, soul and body) from any opressing power or force by a higher, stronger or superior power or force. There are various kinds of deliverance cases. To understand what it fully means to be delivered or what deliverance is we must comprehend a few very important facts : - What does it mean to be bound? -What is binding the bound? - How does one become bound? - What must be done in-order not to be bound? Definitions - Bound (bind): to confine, restrain, or restrict as if with bonds, to put under an obligation, to constrain with legal authority. - What does it mean to be bound? A person therefore is bound when he is confined, restrained or restricted with or without legal authority against their very own will. A person who is bound is said to be in bondage. How does one become bound? There are 3 main biblical avenues in which a person can become bound, these avenues are in fact the weapons of Spiritual Warfare that the devil uses against men and they become bound because of these weapons if we succumb to them. Let us take a look at the weapons that the devil uses against us in Spiritual Warfare that causes one to bee bound. The Bible gives us in detail the weapons that the devil uses to fight against us, in 1st John 2:16 "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world." These are the weapons the devil uses against men. If we surrender ourselves to them, we will become bound by them. The lust of the flesh are desires that the flesh has contrary to the will of God. The body, which is flesh, is entirely worldly and is influenced by the worldly system. The body will return to the dust of the earth from whence it came, it cannot enter into the kingdom of God; therefore, its desire is to go totally against the will of God. The devil realizes this and uses the flesh as a stronghold against us in spiritual warfare. This is the same weapon that the devil applied in the garden of Eden aginst Eve (Gen 3:1-7) The lust of the eyes: This weapon although mentioned second is used first in spiritual warfare, because in order to lust after something within the flesh you first must see it. This is how the devil causes many people to stumble and fall. This is the first step to bondage. This is how he captured Eve's attention in the Garden of Eden by appealing to the lust of the eyes first. Genesis 3:6 The devil realizes that if he can cause you to get your eyes fixed on something that the flesh will begin to desire it and the struggle then begins. David had fallen to the tricks of the devil when he looked and saw Bathsheba and his flesh lusted after her, 2nd Samuel 11. When David looked upon Bathsheba with lust in his eye it eventually became lust of the flesh. The Pride of Life: This is the most dangerous and destructive weapon that the devil can use, because it is all fabricated, executed, and manifested in the mind.
Proverbs 23:7 "For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." The devil knows that the way a person thinks is how that person will act. If he can convince a person to believe something untrue then he can cause them to fall and defeat them in this spiritual war. Pride is the thing that caused Lucifer to rebel against God and ultimately got him cast out of heaven. Is 14:12 The pride of life is the existence in a person's mind that they themselves are of great importance. When the pride of life occurs it leads to destruction. The Bible says in Proverbs 16:18 "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall." In the Garden of Eden, Eve was attacked with the Pride of Life when in Genesis 3:6 she desired the tree. God hates the proud. James 4:6

Baptism in the Holy Ghost: The Baptism in the Holy Ghost is a gift from God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is received subsequent to the new birth. This experience is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Holy Spirit Himself gives utterance. ( Matt 3:11, John 14:16,17, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:38,39, Acts 19:1-7, Acts 2:1-4). Sanctification The bible teaches that without holiness no man can see the Lord. We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definitive, yet progressive work of grace commencing at the time of regeneration and continuing until the time of consummation of salvation at Christ's return. ( Heb 12:14, 1 Thess 5:23, 2 Pet 3:18; Phil 3: 12-14; 1 Cor 1:30)

Resurrection of the Just and the return of the Lord The angels said to Jesus' disciples " …this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven." His coming is imminent. When He comes, " … the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air…" 1 Thess 4:16-17 Following the tribulation, He shall return to earth as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords; and together with His saints who shall be Kings and Priests, He shall reign a thousand years.( Rev 5:10, and 20:16) Hell and Eternal Retribution The one who physically dies in his sins without accepting Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the lake of fire and therefore has no further opportunity of hearing the gospel or repenting. The Lake of fire is eternal. The terms "eternal and everlasting" used in describing the duration of the punishment of the dammed in the lake of fire, carry the same thought and meaning of endless existence as used in denoting the duration of Joy and ecstasy of the saints in the presence of God. ( Heb 9:27, Rev 19:20)
