WORLD SALVATION MINISTRIES

OUR TACTICS

The strategy is carried out by employing the following tactics:

Church Planting:
The more than 30 branch Churches that make World Salvation Ministries as of July 2008 resulted from Crusades.
All of the buildings where the churches assemble are rented by World Salvation Ministries (WSM).
The next project is to build a Church in a remote village called Atakpame.
Conducting Church Planting is the main focus of this ministry.

Short Term Trips:
Short term trips provide an opportunity for partners and other ministries  to experience first-hand what the Lord is doing through World Salvation Ministries in West Africa.
These hands-on mission trips allow the Holy Spirit to make Divine Connections.
World Salvation Ministries welcomes these guests and opportunities to work together with partners and ministries fulfilling the vision of the kingdom of God.

Crusades:
Crusades are conducted in areas where the lost need to hear the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ and His sacrifice.
Through testimonies and the manifestation of spiritual gifts, the attention of the people is captured.
The Gospel is shared so that none of them may be lost.
The lost are saved, the sick healed and the bound delivered.

Film:
Apostle Amoussou and his leaders conduct preaching and film crusades throughout West Africa.
The films are mainly centerd on Jesus and are played in the county's official language which is French.
Apostle Amoussou's team involves both local Christians and those from his various churches who follow up on those who respond to the gospel.

Broadcast:
World Salvation Ministries (WSM) propagates the gospel through television, radio, newspaper and tracts.  Pastor Amoussou reaches most of the population of Lome, Togo twice a week with the gospel by television. Amoussou preaches to many parts of Togo and neighboring Benin four times a week on three different  TV stations. Amoussou stretches the gospel to over five French-speaking countries through a full page given to him every week by a national newspaper.
Gospel tracts are also distributed in many villages near their churches.

Youth and Children's Camps:
Through these camps, many young people are awakened to the existence of the Lord, while others are renewed and encouraged in their faith in God.
World Salvation Ministries utilizes the local Pastors and Church workers to help.

Medical Clinics/Orphanage:
In cooperation with volunteer nurses from some of its churches, WSM treats people who are sick.
In the orphanage WSM takes care of the people who don't have adequate support.  We send the children of these Families to school and provide funding for their tuition.

Bible Schools:
Amoussou Bonaventure founded the Berean Bible School in the capital city of Lome, Togo in 2002. He started the Bible School to train more gospel workers. WSM is planning to start more Bible Schools in northern Togo
The school tuition is free.   The students who graduate are sent to a new branch church to pastor.

Teaching:
As The Lord identifies individuals, they are brought into a mentoring relationship with a true fivefold ministry teacher who will teach them how to duplicate themselves.
This method of evangelism can be multiplied very rapidly to the whole world.
Then as they begin traveling and ministering along side  Apostle Bonaventure, they will automatically be trained to operate in cooperation with the Holy Spirit and will be full of vision and the word of  the living God.

NUGGETS FOR CHRISTIAN LIVING

Baptism in the Holy Ghost:

The Baptism in the Holy Ghost is a gift from God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is received subsequent to the new birth.
This experience is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Holy Spirit Himself gives utterance. ( Matt 3:11, John 14:16,17, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:38,39, Acts 19:1-7, Acts 2:1-4).

Sanctification

The bible teaches that without holiness no man can see the Lord.
We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definitive, yet progressive work of grace commencing at the time of regeneration and continuing until the time of consummation of salvation at Christ's return. ( Heb 12:14, 1 Thess 5:23, 2 Pet 3:18; Phil 3: 12-14; 1 Cor 1:30)

Divine Healing

Healing is for the physical ills of the human body and is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of faith, and by the laying on of hands. It is provided for by the atonement of Christ and is the privilege of every member of the church today. ( Mark 16:18, James 5: 14-15, 1 Pet 2:24, Matt 8:17, Is 53:4-5 )

Resurrection of the Just and the return of the Lord

The angels said to Jesus' disciples " …this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."
His coming is imminent. When He comes, " … the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air…" 1 Thess 4:16-17
Following the tribulation, He shall return to earth as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords; and together with His saints who shall be Kings and Priests, He shall reign a thousand years.( Rev 5:10, and 20:16)
